Guess where we are going?

Only to the happiest place on earth!!!!

When the boys turn three we take them usually to Sea World. Einstein and Brudder have both been. We were going to keep with the tradition and take Boog to see the flopping, flying whale as well. Until he decided that he loved Mickey Mouse. Like really loved him. I went online to check prices for tickets for both the whale and the mouse. Surprisingly, the mouse was less expensive to see than the whale. I never thought I would ever see that day come.

We were planning on going on The Assistant's birthday since they were having the Year of Dreams thing going on or whatever it is. He was going to get in free which would make it cheaper for us. The kids were excited. Brudder couldn't wait...until he found out that Daddy's birthday was on a Thursday. A school day. He refused to skip school. Crazy isn't it! My seven and a half year old will not skip school to go to freaking Disney World! Why you may ask...he has perfect attendance. He will not sacrafice a made up off the computer piece of paper recognizing him for perfectly attending school to go to the happiest place on earth. I think something is majorly wrong with him. At this point I am thinking that it is going to cost me $70 (the cost of an adult ticket) to make sure he would get his perfect piece of computer paper. Since, Daddy's birthday is on a Thursday...a school day. Okay fine!

So...this past Tuesday, I worked. I switched a shift with a coworker. I am so happy that I did. I waited on a couple ladies that are regulars of mine. They are absolutely adorable. I spend time sitting and chatting with them if I'm not busy. They know so much about me and I know a lot about them. I was telling them the story of Brudder and how he is a weirdo for not wanting to skip school. Of course they got a chuckle out of it as so did everyone else that I told.

I gave them their bill and when I came back Mrs. W looked at me and said she wanted to make a deal with me. Okay? What is it? She then told me that instead of leaving me a tip she wanted me to have these. These, you ask? Two park hopper tickets to Disney World! I was in shock! I couldn't believe it. Of course I hugged her, thanked her and told her how amazing she was! She gets so many tickets per year because she is a retired fromer employee of Disney. She just handed them over to me like it was nothing. She made my entire day for sure!

So a meant to be short story turned into a very long story...We are going to Disney World this weekend. I'm stoked, the kids are stoked and hopefully The Assistant is stoked too. lol
